Klayman et al., v. Obama et al. Judge Leon Attacks NSA "Orwellian" Dragnet of US and World Citizens
Today Pirates and Patriots are supporting US District Court Judge Richard Leon, who ruled against the NSA collection of everyone's phone and email records. The ruling is stayed for the NSA response.
"Leon wrote that James Madison, the architect of the US Constitution, would be "aghast" at the scope of the NSA's collection on Americans' communications data.He also expressed doubt about the central rationale for the program cited by the NSA: that it is necessary for preventing terrorist attacks. “The government does not cite a single case in which analysis of the NSA’s bulk metadata collection actually stopped an imminent terrorist attack,” wrote Leon, a US district judge in the District of Columbia."

But the metal barricades that blocked access to the World War II Memorial proved of little consequence to a group of WWII veterans from Mississippi on an Honor Flight tour.“We didn’t come this far not to get in,” one veteran told Stars and Stripes.
So, aided by a few Congressmen and their staffs — including Representative Steve King (R-Iowa) who distracted a Park Police representative — the vets simply pushed the barriers aside and went in, ignoring Park Police instructions not to enter.

Not too many people know that I personally investigated the Kennedy assassination. I was enabled to do that because my job with Circus Vargas allowed me to travel the U.S. and elsewhere extensively, and I was always connected to law enforcement agencies in one way or the other during that time as a private contractor doing drug interdiction work on the side.
Some of Lee Harvey Oswald's last publicly recorded words in front of the camera were, "I am just a patsy". Let me ask you something. You've probably seen about a gazillion reality cop shows by now, and when was the last time you heard a suspect tell a cop, "I am just a patsy"? By the time I had completed interviewing people from mob boss Carlos Marcello at his home in Metairie, Louisiana to Cuban exiles in the Little Havana district in Miami and every possible witness in between, including New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, there were no questions left in my mind. Not only do I believe Oswald was indeed a patsy, I also believe Oswald never actually fired a shot at Kennedy at all. He had been told by his CIA handlers to stay in the coffee room at the book depository until they would contact him, and when he saw the cops rush up the stairs toward the sixth floor, he knew he'd been set up and that is when he took off.
Setting up a patsy isn't as difficult as one might imagine. Let's take this instant case in Boston. We already know the FBI was contacting the two brothers accused of the Boston Marathon bombing, long before that fatal day. What if the handlers or someone sent by them contacted the brothers to help with a bomb drill scenario to check how effective security was at the Marathon? What if these handlers told the brothers to mix with the crowd wearing bulky back packs the handlers gave them, and were told to place those backpacks in certain locations when the crowd was distracted by the racers reaching the finish line? They had nothing to hide, right? They were working with the security detail, right? Why should they try to hide their faces when everybody knows full well that there are cameras everywhere at an event like that, not just security cameras, but news cameras and private phone cameras? Why did the surviving brother have his bill-cap turned in reverse to fully reveal his face in that camera-ridden environment? Pretty stupid, right? Well yeah, especially when you think your doing God's work and have nothing to hide! But when the brothers saw their faces all over the news, that is when they realized they had been set up and took off running -- just like Oswald did.
When Oswald uttered those five words, his death sentence was assured. If I'm right, and I do consider this a long-shot, then the lone surviving brother will never make it out of the hospital alive. Call me crazy.
Today is the anniversary of Waco and the bombing of the Murrah building in Oklahoma City.

In an effort to find one person, military and police and other people with letters and badges have forgotten the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and instead enslaved an entire American city. The military, police, and other people with letters and badges have no business to tell people to "stay inside and answer the door for no one but authorities." How would any free-loving person submit to this enslavement? Imagine being stuck inside your home, with no one allowed to come over except the "authorities?" Imagine that you can't run your business, or work for money, or socialize, or go to church, or to your arts or sporting event until the "authorities" tell you it's ok! This is a nightmare. Our government servants have made themselves our masters, and made US into slaves. Since when can the police "order" innocent people to do something? We must ensure that our servants obey US, not the other way around.
This fascist over-reaction by locking down an entire metropolitian area so that military-type people are running around with guns and invading our homes, this must end now. Otherwise, the martial law will result in poverty, enslavement, and death for innocent people.

It's time for US to face the truth. Ever since 911, the government officials such as the "president" etc., only respond. They can't keep US safe. All the government officials have been so wrapped up in blowing up the Bill of Rights and Constitution that they have no time to protect US.
Obama reigns over another of his failures. He should resign. His words are now as hollow as the hollow-point bullets he allows for his troops. Biden should resign. The entire Congress, FBI, CIA, AFT, TSA, all are unable to do their jobs. Who would go in and do their jobs? Honest Americans. They can't do any worse than the savage spectacles filmed in our streets.
Again, if Obama had been working on our safety and security instead of chasing down law abiding citizens, maybe the US resources could have prevented today's tragedy, just one in a long line, going back to 911. As long as there is life in the 911 lies, people will continue to die.
"Another drill just before a tragedy. 9/11 had a drill at NORAD that we were being attacked 9/11 had a drill in New York City that morning for a terrorist attack. Now Boston. Seems fishy. I woke up and saw it on CNN and said to myself, were they having any drills that morning?"

It's time for critical thinking. Why weren't the police, AFT, TSA, DHS, etc watching the video during the actions? They have billions of dollars in electronic toys and tons of staff. So, afterwards, they see a video? TOO LATE AGAIN!!!!
Once again, the dangerous clowns in OUR government drop the ball and bombs kill innocent people.

"We do not know who did this or why… But make no mistake. We will get to the bottom of this,” says President Obama."
Obama uses the accusative: "make no mistake" to US!
Mr. Obama, We the People didn't make any mistake!!!
You, Mr. Obama, are the person who has made the mistake!!!
